Can't connect? Put the C6 in download mode — hold BOOT, tap RESET,
release BOOT — then click Connect and pick the usbmodem port. Leave the
erase box unchecked (the default) to keep your Wi-Fi credentials and characters;
tick it for a clean wipe.
